Exhibition
The World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS) cordially invites manufactures, traders and publishers to participate in this International Chinese Medicine event. As shown on the floor plan, the exhibition area is located in the lobby areas of the World Forum close to the meeting rooms, where drinks and lunch will be served. Thus, you will have plenty opportunity to meet the delegates and to demonstrate your latest achievements in Chinese medicine. Booksellers and publishers would be able to display their most recent publications. Exhibition will be open throughout the meeting hours, 1-2 October 2010. The participants will have free access to the exhibition.
Exhibition booths will be assigned on a “First come, first served” basis. The location of your booth will depend on the date you return your completed and signed exhibition application form. The exhibition booth will be awarded with 2 exhibitor badges. Therefore, after confirmation of your exhibition booking, please complete and submit the congress registration form for exhibitors.

Rates and sizes of booth
Price for a standard display booth: € 2.000
Booth size: 3m (width) x 2m (depth)
The rental price of a booth space only gives the right to the following services:
- Use of booth during the exhibition and during assembly and dismantling periods
- Information and coordination services during the assembly and dismantling of booths and during the exhibition
- Free registration for the congress for 2 persons
- Welcome Reception tickets for 2 persons
Build-up and dismantling dates and hours
Build-up: Friday 1 October 2010, between 07.00am - 09.00am
Dismantling of booths and removal of exhibits: Saturday 2 October 2010, from 18.00pm
