Cancellation policy

The reservation can be cancelled free of charge till 3 months prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation between 2 and 3 months prior to arrival, 15% of the total reservation value will be charged.
In case of cancellation between 1 and 2 months prior to arrival, 35% of the total reservation value will be charged.
In case of cancellation between 14 days and 1 month prior to arrival, 60% of the total reservation value will be charged.
In case of cancellation between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival, 85% of the total reservation value will be charged.
In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the arrival date, in case of “No Show” or in case of early departure during the stay in the hotel, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
