Certificate of attendance

You can collect your certificate at the registration desk on Saturday 2 October after the lunch break.
Please be informed: certificates can only be collected on Saturday afternoon.
Certificates will not be sent after the congress.

The congress is accredited by 

  • Dutch Medical Acupuncture Association (NAAV)
  • Dutch Acupuncture Association (NVA)
  • Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine in The Netherlands (VTCGN)
  • Dutch Association for Traditional Chinese Medicine ZHONG

 

Accompanying persons
There is no programme for accompanying persons. Accompanying persons do not need to register.
Delegates can book an additional ticket for only one accompanying person to attend the Welcome Reception (free of fee) and the Congress Dinner (€ 50) through the on-line registration form.

Group registration
If you are responsible for registering and paying for a group of 10 or more participants, please send an

e-mail with your contact details to registration@newbrooklyn.nl. There is no reduced fee or discount for group registrations. The individual registration fees are applicable. If the number is less than 10 you need to make individual registrations and individual payments.

Payment of registration fee
During the on-line registration process you will have two payment options:

1.  On-line payment

For payments with American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and, for some countries other on-line banking applications. Please note: credit cards can only be charged during the on-line registration process through a secured site. Due to security reasons, credit cards cannot be charged after submission of your registration form.

 

2.  Bank transfer after receipt of an invoice

Please do not transfer any fees until you have received your invoice. The invoice will be sent to you by

e-mail. Please include the invoice number as payment reference on your bank transfer. Cheques and money orders cannot be accepted for payment of the registration fees.

 

Terms of cancellation

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to NewBrooklyn.

  • In case of cancellation before or on 1 July 2010, the registration fee less an administration fee of 10% will be refunded
  • In case of cancellation between 1 July and before 1 September 2010, the registration fee less an administration fee of 50% will be refunded
  • As of 1 September 2010, the registration fee will not be refunded.
 

Please note:

  • The terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, also if a visa is officially refused to the participant and or accompanying person.
  • Replacements or name changes are handled as cancellations.
 

On site registration

If you register or pay on site the fee of € 445 is applicable.

On site payment of registration fees can be made:

  • On-line with credit card: VISA, MasterCard or American Express are accepted.              
    Due to extra security, credit card companies ask for your SecureCode (MasterCard) or password (Visa) in order to process your payment. Please make sure you know your SecureCode or password!
  • Cash in Euro

After submitting your registration form

1.      You will receive an automatically generated e-mail acknowledging submission of your registration.

2.      You will receive an invoice/payment confirmation by e-mail.

3.      You will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail after receipt of your registration fee.

4.      On Wednesday 15 September 2010 you will receive a final “pack-and-go” by e-mail.

 

Registration desk
The registration desk in the World Forum will be open on: 

  • Thursday 30 September from 17.30am – 19.00pm
  • Friday 1 October and Saturday 2 October from 08.00am – 17.30am

  

Liability and insurance

In registering for the 7th World Congress of Chinese Medicine, delegates agree that the organizers do not assume any liability whatsoever. Delegates are advised to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.
